- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. We prorate the change on your next invoice.
- Do I pay per scan or per seat?
- Neither. You pay one flat fee per organization per month — team seats are unlimited on Agency, capped on Free and Pro.
- What happens if I go over my scan quota?
- We stop new scans until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. Existing scans stay live.
- Is there a yearly discount?
- Not yet. We want you to be able to cancel without thinking about it. We'll add annual plans once we hear the demand.
- Can I cancel and keep my scans?
- Yes. Cancellations end at the end of the current period and your scans stay viewable on Free quotas thereafter.
